In addition, we have a core group of consultants who we have worked with for over 20 years, who normally work full time on the client's site for the duration of the project.

Willie Ross
Willie Ross
Willie was an experienced Manufacturing manager in the food industry prior to his career in consultancy. He has specialised in performance improvement in all aspects of the supply chain for over 20 years. He held senior positions in specialist Performance Improvement Consultancies and has been a director of Implement since 2011.
Most of his current consulting work involves the development of business cases and methodologies that enable clients to measure the financial impacts of performance improvement projects. He has a degree in Biotechnology and Economics.
Willie lives in Glasgow and in his spare time is a keen cook, widely travelled and a Football Fan.
Will Bell
Will Bell
Will started as a design and manufacturing engineer in the telecoms industry.
Now a highly experienced Project Director having delivered large change management programmes across many sectors, having initially focused on the utilities sector.
As with all Implement Directors he works from the initial introductions with clients through the life cycle of an implementation project and maintaining the relationship post delivery of the results. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Will lives in London and enjoys cycling and is a fair weather surfer.
Kieran Flanagan
Kieran Flanagan
Kieran's first degree was in Physics and he started his career developing semiconductor devices; his experience as Major Programmes Manager successfully transferring products from R&D into production gave him an interest and enthusiasm in project management processes which he still has today.
He gained experience in manufacturing management, performing as the Operations Director of a building products business and completed a Cranfield MBA before joining the consulting industry. Having run projects examining processes in a wide range of businesses, from financial services to to power generation to the public sector.
He is now fascinated with how processes remain efficient in the real world of unpredictability.
Kieran lives near Manchester, is embarrassed by a falling fitness level and a growing waistline fuelled by an interest in cooking.

Laura James
From working in large sales teams in FMCG companies to running dedicated sales and marketing professionals on shorter more targeted campaigns, Laura has seen it all.
Currently running the Sales and Marketing team based near the Surrey Downs she is a key point of contact for many of our clients.
When not behind her computer she loves riding her horse Barney.
